Cum , tips on how to control

  Hi guys , had s3x with my girlfriend for afew times around 6-7 times so far , but i realised that when i do missionary style on her and i go fast , i tend to cum in 5min - 7mins tried to control but when i pulled out i could hold it for awhile but i just shot it out

   

  any guys have tips on how to control ? heard that masturbating helps

  many ways... can diy 1st, use durex performa, exercise more, start-stop method, etc...

  When your having sex, try not to think too much. Think something isnt very sex at first and make your way there.

  That's how I control it. Masturbating helps but it's crap when you have no cum left to flow out. I remember one time I was in bed with an ex, I masturbated before she came to my place. We foreplay for a bit and had sex after that. But somehow I didn't cum, I was in there for at least 45 minutes.

  This works for me, get some exercise like running, or try going to the gym. You only need two weeks and that will put you to shape. Being in shape guarantees you better control and well makes you last longer.
