Why are singaporean girls normally boring?

hello dudes and chicks,
my name is Tae and I'm from Korea. Sorry bout the provocative title, this is my first forum in SGFORUM so i wanted a little heads up. Living in 6 years when i was 14 and now 19, i met Singaporean girls sure, but i still havent met any wild or fun Singaporean girls. I mean maybe its cause im a foreigner but i thought the wild/naughty girl concept was pretty universal?
I'd been schooled internationally so i guess i didnt have much local exposure but i did hit the clubs like MOS and Zouk. And when im there and me and mates make a dash for Singaporean girls, they are soo boring. The more we open up to a group of girls, the more they formulate some sort of pilgram together. I mean in Japan and Korea, i know girls that know really knows how to go with the flow, but SIngaporean girls ummm not so sure.
So dudes and chicks, if you think im talking alot of #$@%@. Please help me understand what the hell is going.
