  He will be driving the Number 42 Havoline car being vacated by Casy Mears for Chip Ganassi racing.
  
  He apparently had a chance with Williams or Red Bull, and turned them down.
  His only stock car experience is a made-for-TV test where he and Jeff Gordon swapped cars in 2003.
