  There are 2 proposal
  
  1 is a 10km circuit, surrounding Marina Bay, Esplanade, City Hall & Suntec
  
  The other is a 6.5km circuit looping within the Marina

  They're not exactly proposals...look closely and you'll see that they are ideas from Star Sports' Chris and Steve.

  but a 10km track? that wud better fit a GT race
