Well, the weather played merry hell with the order today, although when it came down to qualifying it only had a notable effect at the end of knockout session 2.
Nice to see Button on pole. Looks like Alonso's in Fisi's bad books if the onboard footage is to be believed. Alosno claims he could have gotten a half-second out of not being blocked by Heidfeld (?), but hey, that's proper, non-deserted-track qualifying.
Rubens showed how much work the car and driver do respectively at Ferrari and congratulations folks, we have a new Alex Yoong and his name's Yuji Ide.
Kinda-sorta performance from the Macs - sure as hell Kimi and JPM were pushing, but it doesn't look like that Mac's the answer. As for Ferrari, well, Massa's where he would be in a fair and just world, and MS' performance shows what Ferrari can do with a legal car.
Not sure what Rosberg thought he was doing, but at least Webber gave Williams a half-decent showing.
All in all, I like this new qualifying format - you get to hold your breath two times more than usual.
