Introducing the Julienke, all the way from Ghent, a speciality of The Golden Satay chip shop. It's a pile of Belgian fries topped with stew, mayonnaise, spice powder, fried sausages and crispy onions.
It's a really good precursor to a night of drinking Belgian brews.
