Indeed it was named after Desiree Koh. This is what shows up on Google. The burger was 200g of beef and 200g of lamb smothered in cheese, chips and bacon, and I added a portobello mushroom.
TJV, it's called De Burg, in a coffeeshop next to the OG factory outlet in Bt Merah.

Decided to use fotobucket instead of tinypic becoz uploading to tinypic is a chore >__> But foto bucket will resize down to smaller res, cannot enlarge and beo and drool... Original peekture is in 4000x2250, taken with moi HP~

Bone Marrow + Bread... Some of us had this... it was goooood~ not to Zora's liking...
Next up~ Beef capri~~~ I had this, abit bland though, I was hoping the marinate is more flavourful...
Premium ribeye steak... Quite a few of us had this... with different side though... The meat has a wonderful chargrill taste... very nicely charred though it wasn't as well done as the one from Medz (U can find peektures in the previous page, pg 4 or 5, i think)... I took it without sauce but I agree with Elindra that it will taste with stew shallots sauce (i actually ordered stew shallots sauce but they gave me wrong sauce... I love shallots and onions :P)
Another peekture of the medium-rare cut...
Blue Cheese Burger (I think, Ah bear plz advise and comment)
Creme bruele~~
Lemon meh... meh... mehguireine pie or something like tat >__> Came together as a set for our premium ribeye steak... Tastewise was missing something which I cannot put it into words...
Zora's dessert I think...
Assort choco dessert~
And yeah, there was another chicken main dish but none of us took picture of it~ So ya, that shld be all :P

Smoked peppercorn ribs (full slab) - hoh mai gawd~ Taste really good!!!
Chicken roulade (or something like it, Chicken thigh wrap with bacon) - Taste ok
2601's fish and chip de tartar sauce (I forgot to take a picture of 2601's Fish and Chip >__>) And if you are wondeing why is the fork standing straight, it's becoz the tartar is frozen... ... ... Yes, it's served frozen >____>

Boston lobster laksa with poached egg (Eric Teo)
They also had kueh tutu filled with brie, dark chocolate or durian, homemade cai tow kuay with scallops, abalone popiah, wagyu beef soup, seafood kueh paiti, lamb kebab murtabak and loin ribs bak kut teh, among others

This is now my favourite ramen joint after Nantsuttei - Bari Uma at Tanglin Shopping Centre. Best of all, there are no queues!
Notice that the description for Goku Uma says 'Strong Flavour'?
It looks plain (only bamboo, eggs, spring onions and charsiew) but the soup packs a lardy punch - and the charsiew is sooo good. It's lightly blackened, glazed and so tender, better than Tonkotsu King.
