In the first place I've no idea how come they decide they could have 5m ppl overnight. Neither could the young planners plan the infrastructure properly.
I'm not going on into ranting abt the public infrastructure like e new bus interchanges, said enough of it.

economists tell them that to grow GDP, they need more people.. duh.. of course lah..
every scientist on the planet tells us that we're overpopulated.. but every gabrament is trying to increase their country's population...

Upnorth built tat JB Sentral big bus hub for public buses. Now they're closing it because of congestion.
The congestion is not because of poor planning. It's because the idoits 6 - 7 public bus co they treat the small bus stop as if it's a bus terminal. Ends up 20 - 25 buses parking at any time, like market place.
They decided to close it for good

those with about $8,200 combined income.. can they, should they attempt to afford a 4-room flat which is going at $650k?

soooo... they should not kpkb about the people not having children then
always save for a rainy day because you may be retrenched (see the FTs coming in), pay may be cut (see the.. i repeat myself), may get run down on the road, my be struck by illness, illness in the family
how to afford to have children if cannot afford to kena any of those things?

ytd when I touched on role of FM (since contest is in Aljunied, topic was abt useful mini star).
A FM is possibly the hardest job I could think.. how come... our case you've upnorth kachiow u over water in e past.
