  btw, alexander show just started on channel 5.

  i remember watching this show at the movie theatre..

  during the end of the show... they pronounced alexander died of unknown dieaase,,

  all of us burst out laughing and exclaimed : AIDS !!!

  anyway, mom's all right.. high probability that she had a bad reaction to a viral infection which messed up her ear (which caused nausea so bad she felt weak) and gave all kinds of symptoms of a mild stroke...

  she's got low level fever which has broken.. may be discharged tomorrow

  Had a Brazilian churrascaria and a glass of capirinha, and now I'm really drowsy... as I have been at around this time for the past week. Can't believe that much time has passed.

  Went out shopping with you-know-who the whole day..... 

  Dang.... how is it that women can have the stamina to go shopping for several hours straight without showing any signs of fatigue?

  men are hunters.. they stalk a specific beast they want to eat and then kill it for dinner...

  while women are gatherers.. they walk around a lot, browsing and gathering from a wide field

  Hmm.... actually what you said kinda makes sense.... the two of us have often compared the contrasting ways we shop.... 

  My way of shopping: Do some quick research at home, then go to a particular shop with a particular item in mind. In and out of the shop within 10 minutes.

  Her way of shopping: Browse and compare all the relevant items in the shop. And across shops. And across shopping centers. Repeat as necessary.
