Lf, for our hols and trip preparation, which regions or cities are you headed in 2010?
KL......might be good for a short getaway.
I still thinking of getting that Krispy Kreme Mug and we can go by the KTM.
Actually, after all the warnings from my customers and friends there, I’m not too keen these days to go to Malaysia.
I mean alarm bells should go off when a grown man dare not flag down a taxi at around 10 plus 11 at night -_-
Seriously I intend to avoid Bolehland as much as I can, with the exception of work.
Even when I was there recently, I didn’t walk around and run around on my own like I used to do a few years ago

And I shall continue my run of not stepping into Malaysia, which has lasted for almost 7 years. Maybe it's better to leave the memories like that.

Nah, my second term of my fledgling animation year. Timetable's already out, and for once, I'm not pissed with the admin.
How was everyone's Christmas and New Year?

I haven't seen this particular dish in Singapore, but it was featured on Hell's Kitchen. In Singapore, I've seen roast rabbit on the menu at Brasserie Wolf, and had rabbit pasta at Oso.

If I can get hold of rabbit meat locally, bacon draped rabbit shall feature in the 2010 year end potluck/bbq
cooking instructions are straightforward too:
Absolutely nothing to this – a locally-raised rabbit, liberal amounts of olive oil, cracked pepper, Fiesta brand chicken fajita seasoning – so easy, even a caveman can…well, you know…
I set the grill for low heat (roughly 300-ish degrees), and at 2.5 lbs, this bad boy took about an hour-and-a-half to reach perfection. Rabbit is a very lean protein, hence the bacon (this guy doesn't like meat that is too lean). I split the rib cage at the sternum, and put the seasoned rabbit belly-down on the grill, using the upper rack so as to not char the underside to much.

perhaps he ended up in someone's cooking pot.
i got a crapload of work to do but i don't want to start anything coz it'll take at least half a day to finish whatever i start..
I wonder how bunny meat will taste like, marinated with pork lard and stir fried with salted egg yolks and cheese cream.
I like the near ending scene of the movie 'Wanted'.
Where Angelina Jolie curve her bullets to go around the whole atrium to kill off all her fellow assasins and then herself.
