I still remember tat time, population not enuff, ask ppl give birth more... then later housing not enuff, so implement the policy "Stop at 2"... then now scared greying population due to the "Stop at 2 because government failed at providing housing" policy, ask ppl make more babies... Soon in the future, we're gonna have population explosion again and they can claim it's not their fault

I think its no worse than them but our commuter behaviour is different. Most Singaporeans don't give way to alighting passengers.

Yesterday I was laughing on the bus...I was sitted near the driver side and watching people run 2m to catch the bus, using their "big" frame to ensure no-one else cuts them, etc etc.
Luckily it doesnt come to a point where I gave way to some guy who needs the seat and people kope it.
I've actually witnessed idiots who do that.

You see all sorts of funny shit on public transport. I had one dickhead get angry with me because I refused to allow him to push past me while boarding the bus and elbowed him out of the way. He was yelling at me that I endangered his child whom he was carrying on one arm. Well, in the first place he shouldn't be trying to cut in front of others and secondly I don't have a rear view mirror. And I think he got even angrier when I happened to get the last empty seat.

And I am the one who gave up the seat to old man and this gal just dashed to sit down. I went up to the gal and told her "hello, the seat is not meant for you, its for the old man"
She got up in a 'buay kam guan' face...
