401 is possible.
Else, just take 196 or 197 and walk through Marine Parade estate. Ask the bus driver if you're not sure where to get off.

Os 401's ops hrs can take 16 or 196, alight at Marine Cres bus stop.197 can take, but gotta alight at Tao Nan Sch bus stop along main road
