you can still eat meat but go for lean meat instead of fatty ones ..

I don't know if there's really more fat but it's very well marbled. How about the free range meats or fish, which have good fats?

Through an utter disregard for red tape and my approaching the right people, I managed to turn a potential meltdown that would have set me back by at least one week into a minor blip that would set me back by just one day.
