since they are so anal about hardisk space, tell them next time, take the pics at high quality setting, then to burn directly into a CD from the memory card and you'll take care of the resizing/whatever. This way the HDD is not involved at all! -_-

imagine.. if they don't even know about the size of the HDD and they keep going on and on about "jamming it up", they won't know what to do with a CD..anyway, i think they're a holdover from the past when the first PCs were deployed.. those had like 40MB or 60MB HDD and they were made to keep everything in the 3.5" FDs..
i'm betting they still think it's like that now.. and worse since there are no more FDDs on the PCs now..
i see it with my dad.. he keeps deleting stuff and then deletes stuff which he wants..
i've given him an old 256MB thumb drive.. and he still keeps deleting stuff from it, afraid it'll "fill up" when he's never gotten past 3MB..

Yawns......I slept in too late this morning.
Now doing laundry. And probably repacking my luggage to loook like something I read from, at the library.
Then is sorting out soem mroe things at my bedroom so I can reduce the mess.
Then tonight go station, have dinner with mummy, also need to go back to old flat and hopefully clear out some letters and subscription matters.
And need to find a belly dancing class that is on friday night.
Going to start listening to 'The Bueno Vista Social Club' from my laptop.

Dude, as a programmer, some minor changes.
1) int i =0; please remember to init the value, other wise the variable in memory will contain gibberish. The bits used previously might be turn on.
2) /n I am not sure if the compiler can accept this. Base on GNU free compiler, microsoft's compiler and borland's, it should be for newline.

i think there's no space to "/ n"is there a need to initialise "i" a for loop?, i was set to zero

Cos you don noe what the bits are with. Assuming that you wish to use them further down and you forget to assign the correct values.
Uncle 7-11, you got do C programming before?

Was sneezing like mad just now, going thru some stuff in the room. The things are so dirty and dusty!
I finally gone to get a piece of wet rag to wipe down some use-able things, like file separators still in their plastic bags and a un-used file.
Give me a few more hours to sort thru the stuff, put up the laundry to dry then I will go out.
