Done, the half boil eggs turned out okay, though not as pretty as what I wanted.
Then I realised, that landlady is running low on somethings.
Confirm there isnt any dark soy sauce.
Fish oil is running low, and there isnt any more mayonaise.
I like hardboil eggs where the yolk is not really hardboiled but still runny in the middle
you mean the whites hard and the yolk still soft ? ... how sia .....

Well the yolk is not totally soft la, it's like the crust of the yolk is just cooked but the inside is not totally cooked yet...
I still haven't gotten the total jist of it to cook it like that all the time but it's heavenly when I manage to

Just completed the hard boil eggs with runny centre thingy. Its about controlling the hot water and the size of the eggs.
Mashed them with fish oil, white pepper, tar tar sauce and is now in the fridge in tupperware.
Told my landlady to help herself with the wholemeal bread and the egg sandwich fillings when she needs to. The gal is doing her degree papers in the house for a whole day since yesterday. So at least now, she can snack when she is too busy to do anything else.
For me, I just found out, I boil hot water from the kettle, pour it onto the non fridge taken out eggs from the fridge, in the saucepan, cover and boil for 2 minutes, stop the fire and let the water and eggs cool down to room temperature.
When I cracked the eggshells, the whites are firm, but the yolk is slightly runny.
They mashed very well into the tupperware and the tar tar sauce gave it a nice acidic taste, I didnt even have to add in any vinegar.
I find 3 minutes eggs boiled in bubbling hot water is much harder egg yolk and shells.

Oh I love eggs
But I like them in different styles so no I'm not going to practice till perfect
Hahahaha
cooking eggs is like a scientific experiement
I like my eggs in a pot of instant noodles .......
I'd boil up two packets of indomee, turn off the flame, drain it, and crack an egg into the noodles immediately .... and then toss it well before mixing in the condiments.
I'd also mix in a small amount of pesto too .... try it ! .... the result's heavenly ....
I now having trouble finding those rectangular pans for frying japanese omelettes.
And I just realised, that i lost the packing list for a standby hospital kit.
You know.....with slippers, face towels and ziplock bag for any two day stay in any hospital.
Will have to start repacking. Going to start finding a decent bag to hole those above.

2) pair of elastic shorts & sleeveless t-shirt for discharging.
3) ziplock bags of face towels to wipe down
4) bottle of face wash
5) toothpaste and toothbrush
6) nail brush, to clean between the nails.
7) talcum powder
8) handphone charger
9) deodarant spray
10) glasses?
11) big bag to hold my old clothing, shoes & possibly riding helmet?
