my toe joint is still urting...and it's like 4 weeks already! then again i probably aggravated it during the run. but hey i had a great opportunity to hug the army doc because of it.

not bad.... but i didn't get to eat alot of stuffs... cos no oily/spicy stuffs.... i didn't get to eat the shisamo, grilled mackerel, ebi tempura, soft shell crab!!! *sob sob*

ok, back to serious stuff. the combo of RICE, western and TCM helped me a lot, especially the TCM.
