I know of people like that too....some are because they kena bitten when they were young.But then apparently dogs can have phobias too. My friend's recently deceased dog never liked to be carried....throws tantrums when that happens and bites....HARD.
Apparently that's because my friend dropped it when it was still a puppy.

erm... i got chased by a dog tat's was almost my height (when i was very small) b4.... but i own a dog now...
i also dropped my dog when he was a puppy, he nvr bites me de leh....
