reservist AWOL??? family problems or what.

i oso dunno why he chose rather go AWOL than reporting back.
i actually remind him to check if he got reservist, he just shrugged his shoulder and siam my question. well, it is his decision i cannot do anything lor..
he was arrested once liao.... he still bor chap lor.
He awol before at work, calling in the afternoon after he woke up.. or he has to go urgent leave many times (family, this i understand)..his work was kindda lazy..
But recently he improved a lot, after me nagging and consel, he took initiative to finish work properly and chose to OT free to prepare for next day (which is for MOnday busiest day), and do work very nicely....
Benefit of doubt, I want to give him chance to change to a better person, and lead a new livelihood (he has records one).
if he is going to Kranji resort for 2 weeks etc, i can let my boss know and keep his job for him, while i employ a part timer. but if it is more than 2 months, I cannot help him liao...

(1) Every person subject to military law who is absent without leave from service in the Singapore Armed Forces or from the place where he is lawfully required for the time being to be shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction by a subordinate military court to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or any less punishment authorised by this Act.
To sum it up:
Best case scenario: fine + warning
Worst case scenario: two years' in DB.
As far as I can tell, the worst case scenario is pretty rare. More likely, it'll just be a fine and/or a short DB stay, depending on the circumstances behind why he went AWOL.

He still get salary doing reservist plus can zzz at his reservist time...some of friends think reservist is a good time relax and free their mind from work.
why why why? i just dun understand....

seems silly to go AWOL at this stage. i thought for reservist, they don't come down that hard on you in camp vs NSF?

i got scolded by her instead...
now the leader of this untrustworthy mob (who keep backstabbing each other) who was supposed to inform the rest 1 1/2 months ago about a meeting, didn't do it and is now in PRC...
the meeting is on Saturday and none of the mob know...
the mad boss should just cancel everything but she went and invited her boss there so cannot throw face.. she and the other guy is now frantically trying to contact the whole mob herself... and with a lack of mobile phone numbers, she's resorting to Local Urgent Mail..
i'm not giving a shit even when i have to be there this saturday... i'm just there as the photographer...
life's a lot easier at work when i stopped giving a shit
