The only thing I worry about Astons is the appalling service. Might spoil the mood. Along with wait time and stuff. Really bad management, but good food.
There's also the food places in the basement of Cathay, some random restaurants. Never really looked. I only just recently found out that Cathay had a basement with food.i dun think they allow reservation
the other time i called up to tell them i want to reserve, they say no reservation is allow.
maybe i try to call up this week and try my luck (that is all want to go)

Yah that's why I say, best to just try.I think it just depends on who's supervising. Like I said, they've got the shittiest management and restaurant system. Slow, bad, inefficient. But the food is good.

The other day I went with my friends.. we were queuing .. then we have already ordered. At the entrance, we saw the notice for dinner combo "Add $3.50, you get a soup of the day + drink"
I asked the staff"What's the soup of the day?"
Staff "Cream of mushroom"
-pause-
Staff:"Actually, that's the only soup we have"

actually... Filmgarde is out of the way.. which is why it's not so crowded..
oh well.. on saturday, they had a big R/C race inside the mall, and we saw what the little cars can do... one guy was damned good with the drift tyres and absolutely decimate the field...
