  yup .. on MC ..

  Yesterday the back of my ankle red and tender to the touch .. I thot its a gout problem ..

  today the redness went off but still a bit tender to the touch .. went to see a doc, the doc say its a tendonitis archilles ...

  inflammation of the tendon ..

  so told me to go home and rest my feet ..

  back....

  the lion dance troop is performing at the kopitiam opposite my hse.
  poor performer got to do the stun (cai qing) at the side of the road and under the hot sun...

  the guy wanted to take today and tomorrow half day.. ended up in the computer system 2 whole days... just asked him as he was walking off...
