should tell the company that in this time of economic problems, the money spent on such event should be reused for more tangible things..
better to take half of that, put it into buying better food for the pantry, and take the other half and give it as a direct cash incentive for the staff...

The people at yr office is sick in the headWell I wouldn't have bothered but one of my filter pump started leaking on the eve -_-"
So now my tank is just running on 2 filters instead of 3 and I'm bringing in a new ray today and I wanna make sure the water is pristine.
So I did a water change while doing the dishes. Haha
Well it can be a lot of work but I think it's a very satisfying hobby :x
Anyway, in other news, Shelly tried being brave and bit Piggy on his tail and he got mad and chased her all over the tank. I didn't know turtles can swim so fast. Haha

the stupid boss.. i think the son is sociopathic too.. coz instead of doing her work she's gossipping with the clerk...
her bloody son is getting married.. instead of fricken taking time off to do the necessary shit like visiting the future in-laws with the usual nonsense traditional crap, he's palmed it off to the mother and is off flying about for "his work"
he'll only be on leave one day before his fricken wedding... and he'll not be in Singapore until then...
his own goddamned wedding and he doesn't even bother to take proper leave to get it done!
anyway, it could be his equally sociopathic mother micromanaging everything and he's given up in disgust...
maybe the truth lies somewhere in between.. sociopath mom, sociopath son, clusterfuck of preparations..
btw.. she's supposed to be on leave today to do all that.. but how does one screw up which day it is to deliver these fricken important things that she's going off tomorrow instead? and being the mad woman she is, she's "taking a few hours off" instead of taking the whole day...
she's done gossipping.. i think she'll go try to do her work now...

Yup, took the day off. So will probably be prowling the bookshop or go for a sports massage and having a tet-a-tet (forgot spell) with friends. Ah the wedding thing...I think the son just want a simple do, maybe ROM and a luncheon. But being parents, they wanna have a big do coz they didn't manage to have their own wedding eons ago - their dream wedding instead of kids' wedding.
