Comic books count?
cassie, can you give me your tally so I can update it? Seems like you're our most avid reader here so far!
I've just started on Tony Parson's "My Favourite Wife". I've only read 4-5 chapters but enjoying it throughly.

nice or not?
is currently reading>>
Just got this at Borders just now:
The Battle for Spain by Antony Beevor.
This fella writes excellent war history books. I strongly recommend two of his previous books as well: Stalingrad, and Berlin.
Going to start this next week:

sure
I need to get a new book
I re-read The Witness but since it was a re-read I guess it's not counted
I've just received in the mail: Victory Conditions by Elizabeth Moon
Last book of the Ky Vatta series.
Re-reading it now just because its a paperback and its new!
Just read and finish a book in one sitting. (ie, within 8 hours.)
Escape from Paradise
(From Third World to First)
by John & May CHu Harding
Sis say the book was banned in Singapore, because of some of its references to president Benjamin Sheares & some minister & his lawyer wife.....
Rather grim and a bit funny. Its telling a story about how singapore abuses the females, with laws and rules that support the men. A total different story then what the boys on forums were yapping about on how sg law favours females in divorce cases.
Especially when the husband n the story is a rich bastard.
I kinda agree. In Singapore, if you got the money, you can say anything and do anything.

dang, had no idea it was out! must go grab a copy.
Dont.....I wont be sg for a while.
I hand u my elizabeth moon collection can? They are too new to donate to the library. And I got no place to stay in sg. Lugging them in the luggage is a hassle.
And the postal service and I dunno what media authority will maybe make me vet the books.
So I carry in my luggage to u can?
At this moment, my bed now is stewn with books. from comics, magazines to UMD movies for watching on PSP.
