it's just the utilities creaming off you ......
BEFORE they announced the price hike that little while back, our utility bill shot up to more than 420 ....
and that in a month, when my bro was away for exercises, he was not even home on the weekends, and my sis was filling in long haul routes and was hardly home .....
I think the utilities com is practising creative accounting here ...

i think PUB comes out with their own pricing
there was once someone told me that their bills increased for no reason and PUB was just "averaging" out your bills whether u used the electricity or not.
