  Ok, what’s a nicer and more elegant way of putting: limited availability of suitable and appropriate programs for my level of experience

   

   

  Basically I need to justify why I got a shortfall of 3.5 hours of training.

  courses available do not cater to all of my training and developmental needs

  these are hard times. i heard the other team in my bigger group is downsizing. 5 outta team of 30 are being moved out to other teams. so i really need to spruce up the "reason".

  then you need to sell the fact that with your employer's best interests in mind, you only choose the courses/programs that you are absolutely sure will benefit both you and the organisation, as opposed to just signing up for stuff willy nilly just to make up your training hours, which in turn will end up wasting both your time and your organisation's money

  i was at taka basement just now .. quite crowded ..

  but .. there seem to have less crowd as compared to last year..

  reminds me of No Reservations where Bourdain got to eat warthog "poop chute" the Bushman way...

  they squeezed the shit out of the rectum, then just roasted it over an open fire and gave it to him.. it was an honour because of the high fat content...
