So.... are we all happy with Pasir Panjang for dinner and somewhere else for drinks after dinner?

I am more than happy to go anywhere more central so I can meet everyone. I can always go and eat the cockles and mudcrawlers at Pasir Panjang with my sisters.
So guys & gals, any other suggestions for a good place in the central district to eat?

I didn't manage to check out the west coast place after fishing the other day ... we went straight home to crash .....
but yeah, perhaps a more central place would be better .....
stuff's pretty pricey there ....
I recommend sima seafood at lorong 1, it's nearer to kallang than the heart of the geylang, if we go in a gang, should be fine de, and the MRT is right beside it for easy access for all, beside the carpark somemore also.
then mousie can try the frog porridge, and the crabs etc ...

So far ferret and ah blue (I am sure some others) would prefer it to be in the central area.
What time does the Pasir Panjang close at night? May be we can meet up in the central area for dinner, go somewhere for drinks and then those who are interested with the food at Pasir Panjang can go there for late supper after drinks?

Actually I am staying in the east too... my sister is in Bedok but since we are on holiday so we don't mind to travel.....

Doesn't have to be in the east.... just somewhere central to make it easy for people either coming from east or west.
