  I think the moral of the story is don't buy a place near an empty school

  Might be converted to a FW dorm

  But seriously lor, who would have thought in Serangoon Gardens

  KNS most would have thought that the school will be sold to a private developer for more housing!

  i heard my friend who has prc ladies friend staying in a rented apartment..

  the ladies do not wash after they cook, the rice cooker black black, still can cook..

  the sink is filled with unwashed and food leftover.

  the kitchen and cabinet sticky..greasy

   

  in their bedroom, anything they discard...goes under the bed.
