  i've been keeping off diary products too. about the only diary product I ingest nowadays is the milk in coffee.

  The only thing I'm a little more assured is that Meji Milk is manufactured in Thailand and the Thais are notorious about food safety one

  They recently rejected a whole lot of China milk though no melamine was detected
