I tell you what.....
For tomorrow I'll follow your diet AND fast at the same time. That means no meat when I start and break fast tomorrow (but eggs and dairy are fair game, following your plan).
But if I can do that..... you have to extend your vegetarian diet by one more day.
What say you?

Anyway, I wouldn't even consider his diet vegetarian since the majority is like eggs, cheese, milk, transfat and god knows what else

Fatum i will skip 2 meals a day and take food replacement supplements for everyday you take pure vegan food.
