Bear! unless u'r having ur black kopi without any sugar, else it wouldnt help much.
i learnt my lesson during this pregnancy coz my weight gain was too fast (full-absorbent) and it is unhealthy, so i was told to stop drinking milk, no sugary products and to exercise. i stopped drinking canned drinks and even juices (lime juice has the highest sugar level u know!), only plain water or coke zero. Go for a fifteen mins walk everyday, plus some light exercises twice a week. in two weeks, i lose four kgs and now back to the recommended weight in my current stage of pregnancy.
this is gonna be super difficult but u have to hang in there, control control control, and u will achieve it in very short tym!

oh, i drank soy bean drink with no sugar at all (not those packed drinks, u have to buy it fresh and tell them not to add sugar, it tastes horrible tho.), and u muz try to eat everything without sugar!!
esp food like chee cheong fun, milo, the lotus seed paste pau u had = these are strict NO-NOs. u know how much high the sugar level is in ur lotus seed paste pau?! go for a wholemeal bread with two slices of ham, no butter no cheese! gives u more energy and nutrients than eating two paus.......

correct!! and its really 'fake' lime juice. if u wan the real one then do it urself. its not too difficult and u can use equal sugar instead of cane sugar or raw sugar...

don't drink too much soy milk.. it contains too much phyto-estrogen or something like that.. will cause problems...
i'll lose weight.. by eating normally.. just less than i usually eat.. and i usually eat about 150% of what normal people eat

Equal is chemical crap
I rather add in Pure Maple Syrup (not the flavoured ones) or honey since these 2 sugars are much easier to digest
