yeah ....... it's not worth it to get a condo just for the security guard and the facilities when you can get a much bigger flat for the same amount of money .....

My dear, I cannot get a flat, still a year to go before I am single and 35.And flats now are expensive and will be more expensive in future. A 5 room at kallang/upp boon keng is 500k.
Heck, I am selling mine at 208k. the Ang mo kio 3 rooms with extra toliets are going for 280k
