I didnt ask. I just went there to see. He was wanting the bigger unit and I asked how much the smaller unit cost. 300k is way cheap.The family repossesd it or something and offered to see anyone wants before they aunction it or something.
It felt bigger then my own 3rm HDB though. But maybe its the glass.

Dont like that say lah. ppl got come fetch me from PCC leh. The least I can do was go and see and have a teh halia with the chap.Actually I just feel like screaming at him....rich guy has no sense of the struggle we poor fellas goes thru when he tells me his rims cost him nearly 13k. I feel like taking thos rims and sell them for $$$.
Bring me see apartment, machiam like I know a lot like that...and now place that temptation on me....I buy, will have to eat roti for the rest of my life....
but the light from the pool was really really nice..........
