Basically..... just think of it as a belt.... with little bottles attached to it.
Long-distance runners wear it so that they can easily carry something to drink while on the run.

i remember my overgrown and very obese dwarf hamster (the one people thought was a juvenile normal hamster) which was damned cute..
you can try to move him away but he will struggle just to have his head in the food bowl and his paws grabbing and eating away.. he had two states of being: he was either asleep or eating..
and guess what? he was named Fat Fat
