  i'm wondering if i should go see a chiropractor again now that my back is somewhat stabilised a little..

  it's to alleviate the aching of the upper back and neck...

  how about slow desensitisation?

  1 sip a day..

  to 1 sip in the morning, 1 sip in the evening..

  to 3 sips a day..

  over a few months...

  i'm limiting myself to a max of a beer if i'm driving, three if i'm not

  same!!!!  last time, my friends will buy liquor, then come to my house to drink..

  Got it's cons too for looking young

  I always have to dress up older for meetings coz my boss said I look too young and ppl won't take me seriously :(

  Oh my friend just told me that there is this farm in Malaysia attempting to breed Indian Star Tortoise and the Burmese Star Tortoise!!

  I hope they succeed coz these are such fragile Tortoises

  Ya I hope so too! The only thing is that they have to microchip the pet

  They did it for the Asian Arowana and they did it for the Australian Lungfish and I sure hope that they do it for the Star Tortoises too!!!!
