err my thread in Cars forum. My Opel Combo kenna hit, front left fender above front wheel. I think need to change whole piece of metal. Not my fault. Lady who hit me not sure wanna claim insurance or ownself settle.. depending on cost of damage. by then he came to pick me up at 6am for breakfast...

Even if settle thru private, you still need a quote from the workshop on the price of a new fender and workmanship fees.
If claim thru insurance, then you need to bring the Combo to the designated workshop and they(workshop will claim whatever obscene prices from the insurance.
Insurer is ntuc?
I estimate is S$2k -
