i was thinking, maybe when i really have time in future. i just do a singapore culture photo series for the fun of it. maybe can design some t-shirts, the current ones being sold are so out-dated. -

usually the culture books they have show how diverse singapore is, blah blah blah all the pretty things

The rash is looking better but the itch is not. Some days are good and some days are bad. It's now over a month since the itch started and this is how long I haven't been having a good night sleep.
When I went to the specialist last week, I did find out that I was tested positive for the bacteria (rickettsia australis) from the tick. If it's not bad enough, the rash has given me a secondary thing - dermatitis. That's probably what causes the itch at the moment.
Oh well, I guess I just have to live with it and hope it will be over soon!

I have tried antihistamines and even the strongest ones you can find that cause drowsiness but it's still not helping me. I still wake up in the middle of the night to scratch and it makes me even more tired the next day (due to the effect of the antihistamines). -

Poor honeymouse. Last Sat, I was commenting to SO about your condition being brought on by a tick (of all things!), and that I would be very very miserable if I were to itch for a month. My sympathies.
