Amazing!Originally posted by kenn3th:no need to go to gym for exercise.
you can just head down to a park or stadium or even jog around your neighbour hood.
Reason: I have tried from a 60kg person, i reduced my weight to 48kg in about 3 to 4 months
twice a week + 2, 30 min pe lessons @ that timeOriginally posted by Honeybunz:Amazing!
how frequent did you jog?
I hurt myself during the last few times that I jogged. I kinda love cycling though esp along East Coast Park - can enjoy the scenery at the same time. Do you think if I cycle once a week for 1 hour, I can achieve the same?Originally posted by kenn3th:twice a week + 2, 30 min pe lessons @ that time
now jog once a week or none at all , but if push can jog 4km, meaning 10 rounds at a stadium
Once a week is too little.Originally posted by Honeybunz:I hurt myself during the last few times that I jogged. I kinda love cycling though esp along East Coast Park - can enjoy the scenery at the same time. Do you think if I cycle once a week for 1 hour, I can achieve the same?

it's best if you can do it for more than one hour, but yea, it does help u to achieve firmer legs and firmer arms.
Not point doing a zillion reps of crunches. You need to lose overall bodyfat first and the fat from your tummy will go...Originally posted by Honeybunz:What about my tummy? Do I really have to do sit up and crunch to lose that part? I hate sit up actually. Can other form of exercise like cardio help burn tummy as well?
ohhh.. okOriginally posted by Marco_Simone:Not point doing a zillion reps of crunches. You need to lose overall bodyfat first and the fat from your tummy will go...
In order to do this, you must reduce the amount of fat you have all over your body, not just in your stomach. But do u know that by bending down to pick up and item or sitting up, you are "indirectly" exercising your tummy, so i think the priority is to firm those muscles first, losing weight @ the sametime, and you will see some improvementOriginally posted by Honeybunz:ahhhh great to hear that.
