SOD tea? what a name! they claim that it reduces cholestrol. u are right about drinking it on alternate days, it has a cooling effect and over-consumption is not good.Originally posted by the Bear:that's sold as SOD tea here..
strange taste but you get used to it..
be at home when you first drink the stuff.. you'll feel lightheaded coz it reduces your blood pressure (seriously!) and your body is not used to the sudden lowered blood pressure..
after a few times, you'll be all right...
drink the stuff on alternate days... it works with the blood pressure... the cholestrol, i'm not too sure if it is scientifically proven..

hahaha... i had an encounter along the same lines. when i was in UK, one stranger asked me a question which i wasn't too sure of the answer and my reply to her was 'Sort of'. i think she misheard it as 'sod off'.Originally posted by the Bear:"want some of this strange tea? "
"SOD off! "
but seriously.. it's short for Super Oxide Dismutase (read that off the box)...
