i hate yolks in mooncakes
masks the taste of the actual mooncake stuffing..
was wondering... how come they replace the stuffing (which is hard to make) with cheaper egg yolks, and they can increase the price of the mooncake?
anyhoooo.. i'm going to go eat more lard-based mooncakes as i bring a few boxes of it to office.. too bad the malay folks cannot eat... but told them already... HARAM!! -
