Talking about premium prices, I made a call to Equinox regarding dining there on the dates of the fireworks display in August,
They offered $39 +++ just for viewing (at some 74th storey observatory deck), includes one cocktail drink.
Or to dine with a view at the restaurant, gotta have a mandatory set meal at $149 +++ per person, for a window seat.
Ouch!

last night, brought 2 whole champedak to work for a colleague.. 10 minutes in the airconditioned locker room, and the smell lingered for over 10 hours!
