back in business! (at least for these two weeks :mrgreen Smile

just came from bangkok last saturday. first time in bangkok and all on my own Shocked

terrifying on the first day but totally enjoyed myself =)

why stop taking protein supplements??

me had stomach flu few weeks ago.. stopped training for two weeks... all back to square one Razz

1) its expensive
2) i scared too much chemical in body may have side effect
3) i may have reached my natural limit liao, continue to eat also no use

alamak...i think u must go back train more liao...if not how to get wat u wan?

Did you get alot of time to holiday, free & easy? Or mostly spent on op and recuperation?

nah, those proteins are 'chemically' made..not very healthy if u take too much..n i scared got those 'side' effect..u know where lar..haha

like tat quite jialat leh..will take donkey yrs to see the effect leh..

i did a pre-op check. the hard lens i was wearing still had some residual effect, i.e. it left an imprint on my cornea. so the doctor recommended to postpone the op. Razz

so i had 4 days on holiday in bangkok! Mr. Green

will be going back in dec for the op =)

actually my ticket, lodging and op for this trip is fully covered by my company Razz

they are still working on something for me for the trip in december. in anyway, i should still be able to claim again Mr. Green
