you gotta sit there for at 10 min before someone picks up your call.. (speaker phones are good in this case)
called them thrice before.. twice for SCV broadband i used to subscribe.. the third time was to cancel it -

Hahah... yesh... but then, all the more you should use the time at work doing this kinda time-consuming thing... let them put you on hold while you surf net, do work, etc.

slept so much yet so tired... dunno why
oh... you guys are lucky with the box... the old one blew up my old 34" trinitron Nicam card... twice!
thought it was the TV so we got sony to fix it... paid them... then within a few days, it blew again... sony blamed SCV... SCV refused to admit liability....
so told SCV and sony to figure it out... and fix the TV or else...
SCV gave us a new box and sony replaced the Nicam card... -
enough of SCV..
