  All Catholics young or old will have a Godparent during baptism.
  Godparents responsibility is to help look after the spiritual growth of the child. And if there is anything that the child cannot tell the parents, at least he'll still have his godparents.
  
  All this relationship is recorded in a book before baptism and sent to the Bishop and ultimately to Vatican
