  yeah i agree with u..at my centre, the students do work most of the time, except for one day where they went out for an excursion, and some periods where they do art and craft. they are actually quite obedient already, given the fact that they shouldnt do anything during the hols. sometimes they complain of too much work, and i dun blame them at all. heh. but oh well. thats life lor..

  of cos i dun give them a whole packet lar...i usually get them to share together...
  
  and i will give stickers to those who complete their work on time.
  
  and we have a 'star' system where by i award stars for good work, and deduct stars for bad behavior and bad work. kids get very depressed if their stars are deducted.

  no lar...we have a main board where we stamp stars, but in every classroom, the teacher calculates the stars on the white board. like, kid a has 88 stars...

  p2 kids are very sensitive to the teacher's attitude to every student, so i gotta take extra care not to show favouritism to anyone. i must have a very good reason to award stars, or to deduct them.
