  oh well, was in 21st Coy in Primary School... then went on the secondary, decided to go for badminton full time so i din join any Uniform Group in the end...

  ate half a box of Lakerol in about 2 hours... then i read the box.. it says "excessive consumption may produce laxative effect"
  
  but then, Lakerol Lemon very nice to eat
