The process is a blur to me too. I thought my friend would've bagged it.

Teaching is unique. It has its special set of problems and stresses that not everyone can handle.
I do know that they get voice lesson in NIE. On voice projection and how to speak loudly without killing the throat. STHU would ace this module.

i had my training when i was in Red Cross as a contingent commander..
yeah i think i will enjoy that module haha...if i am selected, that is. -

lucky they don't (some are still using) use chalk now.. saves their lungs -
