Last night I first time fill toto form. My experience with 4D form is, 1 "box" fill 1 number. So with the toto I also color 1 number for each of the 6 boxes

well i guess it is a thin line..in singapore its probably the culture that makes people think that time is important..but then it is usually a more cautious way..sometimes better way.
