  was studying in manchester few years back.
  
  in my two years there, i've only seen it snow in manchester less than 5 times.
  
  it's a wondrous experience to be walking in snow
  
  but manchester, being a city, never had snow accumulating.. the snow melts when i gets to ground

  Yes, its absolutely terrifying to drive when its snowing at night. Especially up a mountain.

  Real snow is not nice and fluffy, it is cold, wet and hard... getting hit by a snowball stings your face and can give you frostbite when the snow melts taking all the heat from your skin... and worse when you take a snowball smack in the ear, all the snow goes in...

  when the snow melts and becomes watery and then freezes again...
  it's really damn slippery to walk, and its actually just rock hard freezing ice.
  but some times when u experience light snowfall, its really nice.
