i was drinking that yesterday
almost died coz i made the mistake of drinking SOD tea.. so got seriously lightheaded as i have not been drinking that stuff for ages

i stopped buying insurances liow... already got 4 policies.. all of which resulted as an obligation to my frens being insurance agents...
but good also lah.... in case anything happens, I'm sufficiently covered... -

good stuff but you gotta get used to the stuff.. it lowers blood pressure and lots of other things...
the pack says it helps dieting, lowers cholestrol.. blah blah.. these i'm not sure but the blood pressure bit, really works
not cheap too.. 30 teabags set me back $13.90
