Mother cats like to hide their babies in the covered drains but forget about them when it rains ... so they were meowing just now because of downpour

I think we will try to allow the mother cat to come look for them first. So after rain I'd leave them near where they were found, and see if they get claimed.
Will have to put for adoption if they're unclaimed after a few days :S
