"Kai Gong"? really got this practice? i know one of the bosses in my firm will come back to open all the office doors and turn on the lights on Day 2 as a practice. he's been doing it for years. -

Heheh decor is left to some other colleagues to do.
That's the same practice. Everyone comes back, we have breakfast, then we run the machines for an hour or two... and leave at around 10am.
